Welcome to glamping Cowcooning
Cowcooning Glamping offers you the opportunity to spend a night in a 100% cotton tent, nestled in a quite wood and surrounded by nature. The tent is perfectly positioned with a full west-facing view, allowing you to fully enjoy the sunsets, fields, woods, and surrounding meadows. Located just 20 km from Brussels and 15 km from Leuven, Cowcooning is the ideal getaway for two, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Cowcooning couple
This little cocoon for two people will allow you to escape for an evening or more in the Flemish countryside. Close to Brussels and Leuven, yet so far from everything.
Surrounded by nature and animals, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the fields, the woods, the two farms, the sunset, and finally, the stars.
Although you will be immersed in nature, there is no need for survival skills! All the necessary comfort is at your disposal, and the tent is comparable to a fully equipped apartment.
Cowcooning Family
Family Cowcooning tents are perfect for a multi day family getaway and can accommodate up to six people. The site is located in the heart of nature, surrounded by fields, meadows and welcoming woodland. In addition to this ideal setting, the tents are perfectly oriented to make the most of the magnificent sunsets.
By far the most luxurious option at Cowcooning, these tents are equipped with all the necessary amenities. You can also enjoy your own hot shower and private toilet. There is a covered area above the barbecue, which can be especially useful in Belgium.
Activities
Once settled in your Cowcooning tent, why not stay for several days and enjoy the beautiful surrounding area? Although close to Brussels and Leuven, the region offers plenty of walking and cycling routes. Huldenberg is the most wooded municipality in Flanders.
Not very athletic? You can also opt for a more cultural experience, with many museums nearby, including contemporary art, the Battle of Waterloo, and comic art.

The tent is non smoking.

The tent borders a meadow with calves, which must not be fed.

You need to cross the Bergendal campsite to reach the tent.

It is possible to come with additional guests, either staying in the tent at a rate of 15 € per person, except for children under 2 years old for whom nothing is provided, or by staying in another tent at the Bergendal campsite rates.

Breakfasts and firewood can be ordered when booking the tent. One unit corresponds to one day of consumption. Collecting wood in the forest is allowed.
A confined story
Cowcooning Glamping was born during the lockdown, inspired by all the people who had to stay at home, far from nature. Glamping quickly appeared as the ideal way to escape and enjoy a change of scenery. It combines the joys of camping with the comfort of a well equipped tent and a warm, elegant atmosphere.
Our tent is located on top of a hill and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area and the calf meadow, hence the name COWcooning.
